Ray
Silverstein
PRO Founder and President Ray Silverstein created his own network of peer
advisory groups after he sold two manufacturing companies where he had
been CEO, followed by a stint as facilitator for another peer group network.
He came to understand the benefits of learning from colleagues facing
similar challenges through his membership in the prestigious Young Presidents
Organization, while he was operating a scattered network of facilities
in five states and overseeing a worldwide sales organization. 2006 marked
the publication of Rays book, The
Best Secrets of Great Small Businesses, conveying 500 ideas
that he has garnered from the members of PRO.

Bellman
PRO Principal Barbara Bellman has been involved in strategic marketing
and brand management for more than three decades, with special expertise
in the technology, beauty, health and medical industries as well as in
social marketing and gender-specific marketing. She has owned and operated
three successful agencies, in Los Angeles, Scottsdale, and in the Washington
D.C. area. Her work with PRO supplements her activities as founder of
3 Legged Stool, a national branding consultancy based in Silver Spring,
